Conklin sells its coating systems only through trained, certified contractors, so certification is what qualifies us to purchase and install the products, and it's also what makes a project eligible for Conklin-backed warranty coverage.
No. Conklin is the manufacturer that formulates and produces the roof coating systems; we are an independent, third-party contractor certified and authorized to purchase and install those systems to manufacturer specification. We do not manufacture the product, we don't set Conklin's corporate pricing or warranty terms, and we don't speak on Conklin's behalf — we are a Conklin-certified applicator, not Conklin corporate.
A general roofing contractor without Conklin certification cannot purchase genuine Conklin coating systems and cannot deliver a Conklin-backed warranty-eligible installation, since warranty eligibility specifically requires certified-applicator installation.
